Our placement packages are designed to provide families with thoughtful, experienced guidance throughout the process – from identifying the right schools to preparing children confidently for assessments and interviews.
Every family’s needs are different, which is why our support is tailored, flexible and highly individual. We work closely with parents and children to ensure that each decision is carefully considered and aligned with the child’s strengths, personality and long-term potential.

School placement services can be arranged either following assessments and based on results, or as a standalone school search and advisory service.

A comprehensive package combining placement guidance, assessment, mock interview preparation and school tour organisation — ideal for families wanting thorough, hands-on support throughout the process.
Platinum
(12 Mths Support)
Our most complete offering, providing a full year of highly personalised support - from initial assessment through to interview preparation, school visits and ongoing guidance at every stage of the journey.

Basic Placement Package
3 Months of Support
Our Basic Package offers focused guidance for families looking for support with identifying suitable schools and navigating the application process.
This package includes:
- One consultation
- A tailored school search and carefully considered shortlist
- Application support, including personal statements and cover letters for up to three schools
Consultations may be arranged as:
- One 2-hour consultation
- Two 1-hour consultations
- Four 30-minute consultations
Sessions may take place by telephone, Zoom or face-to-face over a three-month period.
Silver
Silver Placement Package
3 Months of Support
The Silver Package offers a more detailed level of support, combining school placement guidance with an assessment of your child.
This package includes:
- One consultation
- An assessment for your child
- A tailored school search and carefully considered shortlist
- Application support, including personal statements and cover letters for up to five schools
Consultations may be arranged as:
- One 2-hour consultation
- Two 1-hour consultations
- Four 30-minute consultations
Sessions may take place by telephone, Zoom or face-to-face over a three-month period.
Gold
Gold Placement Package
6 Months of Support
Our Gold Package provides comprehensive guidance and support throughout the school placement process.
This package includes:
- Two consultations
- An assessment for your child
- A tailored school search and carefully considered shortlist
- Application support, including personal statements and cover letters for up to five schools
- One mock interview for your child
- Organisation of school tours for up to five schools
- Tutor matching, where appropriate
Consultations may be arranged as:
- Two 2-hour consultation
- Four 1-hour consultations
- Eight 30-minute consultations
Support is provided over a six-month period.
Platinum
Platinum Placement Package
12 Months of Support
Our Platinum Package offers a highly personalised level of support for families seeking ongoing guidance throughout the admissions journey.
This package includes:
- Three consultations
- An initial assessment and a further progress assessment after six months
- A bespoke school search and carefully curated shortlist
- Application support, including personal statements and cover letters for up to seven schools
- Organisation of school tours and, where requested, accompaniment on visits
- Two mock interviews for both child and parents
- Tutor matching, where appropriate
Consultations may be arranged flexibly as:
- Three 2-hour consultations
- Six 1-hour consultations
- Twelve 30-minute consultations
